Inkorpa was approached by a start-up Cosmetic Surgery in Beverly Hills, to establish the operations platform for their business. AGGREGATE GLOBAL ENGINEERING (AGE)
AGE is a company that specializes in designing and building Oil Platforms, Petrochemical Refineries and Integrated Oil Rig Jackets. Their services also include the HR management of the specific projects it is contracting for. After 22 years of experience in South Africa, management decided to expand their operations overseas. Inkorpa was employed to offer legal assistance, market research, payroll calculations and financial forecasts. The dynamics of AGE's business processes are complex, with employees and projects spanning the globe.
